Select runs that have not been replayed successfully

When a certain quantity of runs fails, we can filter runs by status (failure) and batch replay them. But this replay might still fail for some runs (ex: when there is a rate limiter on a third party). So some runs still fail and need to be re-run, this is not easy to manage.

I would like a new filter that only returns the runs that have failed and not successfully replayed.

Replayed runs keep a link to their parent run. So it’s pretty trivial to get that status.
