Replay dialog: flag when run settings differ from the latest task config

When replaying a run, the form is pre-filled with the original run's stored settings (e.g. retry.maxAttempts), which can silently override the task's current config and surprise users.

Add a "Settings Mismatch" badge in the replay dialog when those stored settings differ from the latest task version (or from trigger-time overrides), and let clicking it pull the latest settings into the form.
